Our neighborhood Community Flea Market is back on Saturday, May 2 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (setup begins at 8 a.m.), and sign-ups are now open! Seller sign-up is $10 for non-members and free for Karmel Woodward Park Civic Association (KWPCA) members.

We are looking for neighbors and Northland residents to join as sellers and helpers to make this event a success. If you’ve been thinking about clearing out, creating, or sharing something special, this is the perfect opportunity. We welcome a wide variety of sellers, including:

  • Garage sale and household items

  • Vintage and antiques

  • Handmade goods and art

  • Plants, garden starts, and propagations

  • Baked goods or small batch items

  • Clothing, books, toys, and more

We especially encourage neighbors to bring homegrown plants, cuttings, and creative handmade pieces.

HELPERS NEEDED!

We’re also looking for volunteers to help with setup, coordination, and day-of support. I am especially seeking a co-chair to help organize future community flea markets. If you’re interested, please contact Hazel at kwpcanewsletter@gmail.com.

  • Seller setup and teardown will occur from 7:30 am - 9:00 am and 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
