Seller spaces are $10 for non-members. Your registration fee goes directly to the KWPCA and helps support community events, programs, and neighborhood improvements.
What is the KWPCA Community Flea Market?
The KWPCA Community Flea Market began in 2024 as a new take on the traditional neighborhood garage sale. By bringing sellers together in one central location, we can make it easier for residents to sell their unwanted items while creating a fun community event for neighbors to enjoy together.
Our vision is to give Northland residents a place close to home to sell and shop for secondhand goods, handmade items, art, antiques, vintage finds, plants, home-grown produce, and other unique items. We believe in shopping local, supporting small businesses and makers, giving household items a second life, and creating opportunities for neighbors to meet one another.
Beginning in 2027, the Community Flea will be held once a year in June. We appreciate the patience, participation, and feedback our community has given us as we've experimented with the event over the past few years and worked toward creating something sustainable that neighbors can look forward to each year.
Check back in the days leading up to the Community Flea for a preview of what you'll find! As sellers sign up, we'll share descriptions of the items they plan to bring.

Who can signup to sell?
All Columbus, Ohio residents are welcome to sign up for a seller space at the Community Flea.
Space is limited. If we reach capacity, priority will be given to residents of the Northland community. We appreciate your understanding!

How much does it cost to signup?
The seller fee is $10 per space. Your fee goes directly to the Karmel Woodward Park Civic Association (KWPCA) and helps support community events, neighborhood programs, and improvements.
The fee can be paid by credit card during registration or with cash on the day of the event.
The seller fee is waived for current KWPCA members.

Am I a KWPCA member?
Living in the Karmel Woodward Park neighborhood does not automatically make you a KWPCA member. Membership is voluntary and renewed annually by paying membership dues.
We're currently accepting memberships for the 2026–2027 membership year. Dues are just $15 per household or $50 for a business membership, which includes advertising in our quarterly neighborhood newsletter.
Becoming a member is an easy way to support the events, programs, and neighborhood improvements organized by your civic association. Join the KWPCA here.

Do you need volunteers?
Yes! The Community Flea is a volunteer-run event, and we're always grateful for neighbors willing to lend a hand.
The KWPCA operates as a nonprofit under our parent organization, Northland Alliance (NA). Volunteer hours may be eligible to count toward school, government, club, church, or other community-service requirements. Please check with the organization requiring your hours to confirm eligibility and let the Community Flea organizers know if you need paperwork signed or proof of non-profit status.

Volunteer Opportunities
Setup & Breakdown Assistants
Help direct sellers between the parking lot and their assigned spaces and assist residents who need an extra hand moving heavier items or setting up and breaking down tents and tables.
Food Assistants
Help prepare or serve breakfast and lunch to participating sellers and volunteers.
Parking Lot Assistants
Help direct vehicles and attendees through the parking lot and event area.
Flea Assistants
Walk through the market, check in with sellers, answer basic questions, and offer short booth coverage when a seller needs a food or restroom break.

Additional Information for Sellers
Please review the following information before the Community Flea so you know what to expect on the day of the event:

Seller Information Packets: Registered sellers will receive a Seller Information Packet by email on September 3, 2026. The packet will include your assigned space number, an event map, and additional day-of details.

Location & Surface: The Community Flea will be held in the parking lot at Northland Aquatic Park (NAP). The lot is gravel, so please plan your setup accordingly.

Setup & Breakdown: Seller setup will take place from 7:30–9 a.m. Breakdown will take place from 1–2 p.m.

Seller Spaces: Each seller will receive a numbered 10' × 10' space. Your assigned space number and event map will be included in your Seller Information Packet.

Tables, Chairs & Tents: Sellers are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other equipment needed for their setup.

Electricity: Electrical outlets will not be available. Generators are permitted as long as they are not excessively loud or disruptive to neighboring sellers and attendees.

Bathrooms: Restrooms will be available for registered sellers and event volunteers.
